WSDG is pleased to announce that our team will be present at the 2026 NAMM Show in Anaheim, CA, taking place January 22-24, 2026 at the Anaheim Convention Center. WSDG leadership will be exhibiting at Booth #15310 in ACC North Level 1, as well as participating in the NAMM TEC Tracks Program and the 2026 TEC Awards.

NAMM is the largest industry trade show for pro audio engineers and manufacturers in North America. The WSDG team will be available to share acoustics, studio design, and media systems engineering expertise with exhibitors and visitors.

This panel will uncover the thinking, design and ultimate construction of a very special studio for a special artist in an amazingly idyllic setting. At the same time, this private studio represents an archetype and trend of what many private / artist-oriented studios are becoming. Four years in the making, Megaplum has at last been completed and is serving as the creative hub for bass player Mike Gordon’s creative work. The presentation will explore the design process and how it reflects Mike’s distinctive way of working. Additionally, other all-in-one studios will be shown and discussed, supporting this new approach to recording and studio design.

Two WSDG projects — Violet Isle in Atlanta, GA and Alibaba’s Hujing Digital Media and Entertainment Group Studios in Beijing, China — have been nominated as finalists in the Studio Design Project category of the NAMM TEC Awards. The TEC Awards are the highest honors in the pro audio industry and are considered “Academy Award-level” recognition for innovative technology and studio projects. WSDG has been awarded the Studio Design Project TEC Award 13 times, and this is the fifth time that multiple WSDG projects have been recognized as finalists in this category in the same year.
