Peggy Bakalow has been part of the Berlin office since 2007, starting her journey as a secretarial assistant at the engineering firm ADA Acoustic Design Ahnert. She completed her business degree at the Berlin Chamber of Industry and Commerce.

Since the company joined the WSDG family in 2017, Peggy has played a vital role in supporting the administrative processes surrounding the international merger, tackling new challenges with dedication and confidence. Since 2019, she has assisted the management team, taking care of bookkeeping and coordinating the Berlin office’s operations.

With her extensive experience, keen organizational skills, and deep understanding of internal workflows, Peggy helps ensure that the company runs smoothly every single day.

Outside the office, Peggy finds inspiration in nature and music. She sings in a choir and recharges by hiking and capturing moments through her photography. One of her favorite buildings is the Oslo Opera House, and she enjoys listening to Mumford & Sons, Fleetwood Mac, Jack Johnson, and Parov Stelar, among others.
