Miriam Reinhardt
Project Engineer

Miriam Reinhardt is a multimedia engineer with a strong background in sound engineering and project management. After earning her Media Engineering Diploma in Düsseldorf in 2009, she launched her career as a freelance sound engineer, gaining extensive experience in live sound for bands and theatrical productions.
Driven by a passion for audio, Miriam led the Sound Department at the Theaterakademie August Everding (Prinzregententheater) in Munich for six years, where she oversaw numerous productions like musicals and dramatic plays. Her project management expertise further expanded during her three-and-a-half-year tenure as a Project Engineer at Bayerischer Rundfunk. In addition to her audio work, she also pursued freelance photography.
Relocating to Mulhouse, France, Miriam continued her career as a sound engineer at Theater Basel starting in 2023. Joining WSDG Basel in March 2025 allows her to integrate her comprehensive background in live event sound engineering and project management with her dedication to creating innovative solutions within the field. Beyond her professional life, she enjoys travelling, hiking, playing guitar, and various handicrafts.
