Seminar Title: “Acoustical Simulations – State of the Art in Theory and Application”
Presented by: Dirk Noy, WSDG – MSc Physics, Partner, Director of Applied Science and Engineering
Assisted by: Marc Viadiu, WSDG Representative & Project Engineer
Language: English
Computer-based acoustical simulations and virtual protoyping are widely used tools in acoustical consultation in order to study the room- and electroacoustical aspects of a construction project. The seminar explains the background of the processes in the simulation software, and illustrates a number of interesting case studies, such as performing arts venues, recording studios and transportation hubs.
