Non-Stop

Buenos Aires, Argentina

Overview

Non Stop, a company dedicated to the sound dubbing, production of television data, image edition and digital composing, decided to move their administrative and port-production offices to a glamorous corporative building placed at a neighborhood called Olivos, in the outskirts of Buenos Aires City, Argentina.

Program

We had to design 6 dubbing 5.1 suites, a music recording studio and 7 video post-production suites; the reception and the administrative and recreation areas.

Design

Together with the architects Ferrari and Frangella from the “Grupo 3” architects studio an white the Technical Manager of Non Stop, Mario Fachinsky, a master plan for the whole facility was made, trying to take advantage of all the available space of the building for the project’s purpose.

Acoustics

As the facility is placed in the second floor of a corporative building, special precautions were taken with regards to the isolation of the acoustic spaces for which each of the studios is conceived with the “box in a box” system. All the post-production suites were carried out respecting the high production standards required by Disney.

Technology

All the facility is technically interconnected with regards to nets, audio and video through a CMR placed in the central nucleus of the building.
